City Region and Regional Growth Deals: The Committee will take evidence from— Cornilius Chikwama, Audit Director, and Catherine Young, Senior Manager, Audit Scotland; Neil McInroy, Chair, Economic Development Association Scotland; Paul Mitchell, Operations Director, Scottish Building Federation. 4.
